Refund policy

Returns
We strive to rectify any issues and to keep our valuable customers happy.  As a small, family run business we cannot pay shipping for returns and we will not offer refunds on credit cards - we will happily issue you an electronic store credit.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or the name of the purchaser.

You can always contact us for any return question at devitthouse1999@gmail.com.  If you are returning an item to the store in person you may be eligible for a refund if you paid cash (if the item did not meet our quality expecations) but store credit is our normal policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Pricing Discrepancies

We will occasionally have a discrepancy between the price on the tag and the price in the system.  Please understand as a small family business we reserve the right to charge the appropriate price regardless of the price on the tag or in the system.
